DOVER, Del. (AP) - Delaware lawmakers are continuing work on a capital budget for the fiscal year that starts next week.

Members of the capital budget committee were scheduled to meet Friday as the clock winds down toward Tuesday, the final day of this year’s legislative session.

Gov. Jack Markell’s has a proposed $385 million spending plan for road and construction projects in fiscal 2016.

But lawmakers are expected to make several revisions to Markell’s January proposal, and have added some $24 million worth of projects of their own liking for consideration.
