FORT LEE, N.J. (AP) - Two Port Authority of New York and New Jersey police officers arrested a man in a New Jersey courthouse after another man told them someone had stolen his cellphone inside the building.

The man pointed out the suspect to Sgt. Brian Boel and Officer Steve Pisciotta as they waited for their case to be called in the Fort Lee courtroom on Thursday.

One of the officers stood near the suspect as the other called the phone.

The suspect took the phone out as it vibrated and the officers determined the phone did not belong to him.

The officers charged 27-year-old Pedro Figueroa Jr. of West New York with receiving stolen property.
