MERIDIAN, Miss. (AP) - A second man has been arrested on charges related to the fatal shooting of a 78-year-old man in Collinsville in Lauderdale County.

Chief Deputy Ward Calhoun tells local media outlets that 23-year-old Coy Lee Depriest has been charged with accessory after-the-fact of murder. Depriest was being held in the county jail on a $35,000 bond. It is not known if he has an attorney.

Thirty-year-old Donald Wayne Jones Jr. is charged capital murder and burglary in the death of his father, Donald Wayne Jones Sr. Sollie says the elder Jones was found dead at his home Monday after authorities received an E-911 call indicating someone was burglarizing the house.

Jones is being held without bond in the Lauderdale County jail.

Calhoun says an investigation is continuing.
