LOVELAND, Colo. (AP) - A Fort Collins man who was arrested after an ATV crash that killed a woman is scheduled to go to trial in February.

According to the Loveland Reporter-Herald (https://goo.gl/LFOCTY ), 29-year-old Travis Ackerman appeared in court Friday and is scheduled for trial Feb. 22.

Police say Ackerman was driving an ATV on a Fort Collins street at about 1:30 a.m. on Nov. 17, 2013, when a police officer pulled alongside and tried to talk with him. Police say he sped away, and the ATV rolled, ejecting him and 26-year-old Lindsay Davis, also of Fort Collins.

Ackerman is charged with vehicular homicide, reckless driving, eluding police and DUI.
