PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Utility crews continue making progress restoring electricity three days after a line of storms blasted through southeastern Pennsylvania.

PECO hopes to restore service by Friday to the remaining 15,576 homes and businesses that lost service on Tuesday. Most are in Delaware County.

Shelters remain open at PPL Park in Chester, Academy Park High School and Brookhaven town hall.
