WYLIE, Texas (AP) - The last of seven people injured when an SUV slammed into a pizza restaurant in North Texas has been released from a hospital.

Wylie police Sgt. Donna Valdepena told The Dallas Morning News on Sunday that an 88-year-old woman apparently mistook the gas pedal for the brake and accelerated into a Cici’s Pizza in Wylie, northeast of Dallas.

Valdepena says the driver likely will not face charges.

The driver, a person inside the restaurant and five children also inside were hurt in the incident Saturday.

Valdepena says the last of the children were released Sunday from a hospital. The two adults were released earlier.

The pizza chain says in a statement that employees helped provide aid to the injured until emergency personnel arrived.
