ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) - A St. Paul home where Jazz Age author F. Scott Fitzgerald once lived is up for sale.

The St. Paul Pioneer Press (https://bit.ly/1CCRPdW ) reports the three-story row house on Summit Avenue was listed for sale Tuesday. The listed price is $665,000.

Fitzgerald lived with his family in the brownstone for a couple of stretches beginning in 1914. The home is where Fitzgerald wrote “The Spire and the Gargoyle,” a short story he called “the beginning of mature writing,” according to “F. Scott Fitzgerald in Minnesota: His Homes and Haunts” by John J. Koblas.

Real estate agent Sarah Kinney says the current owner has lived there for 34 years and is moving to northern Minnesota.

The house was built in 1889 and features four bedrooms and three baths.
