ROANOKE, Va. (AP) - Two red pandas born at the Mill Mountain Zoo in Roanoke are being shipped out.

Zoo executive director Lucy Cook says the panda siblings will be transferred to the Brookfield Zoo near Chicago.

The Roanoke Times (https://bit.ly/1Fr7BZK) reports the pandas were born last June as part of the Roanoke zoo’s breeding program for threatened species. The panda’s parents will remain at the zoo.
