GREENVILLE, Miss. (AP) - An Anguilla man has been sentenced to serve five years in prison after pleading guilty to a charge of DUI resulting in death related to a 2012 fatal wreck.

The Delta Democrat-Times reports (https://bit.ly/1JidQpV) that 26-year-old Henry Vick Phelps IV was charged in the death of Candace Marie Page, who died in Greenville on the night she was celebrating her 27th birthday.

Phelps pleaded guilty Monday in Washington County Circuit Court.

Authorities say the accident occurred shortly after 2 a.m. on Feb. 26, 2012, after Phelps and Page left a lounge. Page died and Phelps was injured.

The charge carried a maximum penalty of 25 years.
