OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - Police in Oklahoma City have released the name of a woman found dead in a street on the city’s southeast side.

Police say the body of 25-year-old Elizabeth Lopez was found Tuesday morning by officers investigating a report of a body in the roadway.

The suspected cause of death was not immediately released, but Sgt. Jennifer Wardlow says the body “had injuries consistent with homicide.” Wardlow says there have been no arrests made or suspects identified in the case.
