LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) - A man has been arrested following a stabbing at Louisville gas station that killed a 74-year-old man.

WAVE-TV (https://bit.ly/1Ft45yT ) reports 32-year-old Charles L. Richardson was arrested Monday night. Authorities say he entered the Shell gas station on Sunday and stabbed 74-year-old Paul Cason, a retiree who frequently bought lottery tickets inside the convenience store. Cason was taken to University Hospital where he died.

According to his arrest report, Richardson removed items from the victim before he was taken to the hospital. He then fled the scene on a bike.

Richardson is charged with murder, first-degree robbery and possession of a handgun. Bond was set at $500,000. It is unclear if Richardson has a lawyer.
