ROSWELL, Ga. (AP) - An information security company is planning to move its international headquarters to the metro Atlanta area.

Gov. Nathan Deal said in a statement that Courion is planning to move its international headquarters to Roswell and create more than 100 new jobs over the next two years.

Officials say Courion provides identity protection, analytics, intelligence services and more to a customer base of more than 600 organizations around the world.

The company’s Chief Operating Officer Chris Papadakis says the company is looking to take advantage of local talent and innovation in information security.
