TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) - Police say a Tallahassee teenager has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of a 32-year-old man during an argument.

Tallahassee police say Brion Williams was arrested Wednesday. He is accused of shooting Christopher Seabrook eight times last week as the two argued over property that was allegedly stolen by Williams on May 25.

Investigators say witnesses told them they saw Williams pull out a gun during the argument.

Tallahassee police arrested the teen while implementing “Operation Safe Neighborhoods.”

It is not known whether Williams has hired a lawyer.
