PORTLAND, Maine (AP) - The third man charged in a drug-related killing in Biddeford, Maine, in 2013 has pleaded not guilty.

A lawyer entered the plea on behalf of 21-year-old Mohamud Mohamed in Superior Court in Alfred on Friday, a day after Mohamed turned himself in.

Two other men were already charged in the killing of Charles Raybine, who was shot multiple times in the head and neck as he sat in a car in a parking lot.

Bub Peter Nguany (nuh-GAY’-nee) was arrested the day after the shooting in March 2013.

A year passed before the arrest of a second man - 20-year-old John Lopez of Old Orchard Beach - and an announcement that police were looking for Mohamed.
