BOSSIER CITY, La. (AP) - An apartment maintenance man died when the flagpole he was working on came in contact with an electrical wire.

Bossier City police say 26-year-old, DeMarcus Hall, of Shreveport, was working on the pole at the entrance to the Alexis Park Apartments Thursday when he was electrocuted.

Police say the pole touched a nearby electrical wire.

A second worker was injured and taken to a nearby hospital.

Police say Hall had worked at the complex for the past six years.
