CONWAY, S.C. (AP) - A Horry County grand jury has indicted a Loris man in connection with the deaths of two brothers in a crash in December.

The Myrtle Beach Sun News (https://bit.ly/1eSDDrY ) reports that documents released Tuesday show that 32-year-old Craig Austin Livingston was indicted on two counts of felony driving under the influence with death. State Highway Patrol troopers arrested Livingston and charged him in the deaths of 26-year-old Christopher Lee Waddell and 17-year-old Miles Tommy Waddell.

Troopers say Christopher Waddell was killed in the crash December 22 and his brother was taken to Grand Strand Medical Center, where he died eight days later.

Troopers charged Livingston with an open container of beer or wine in a vehicle. It is unclear if he has a lawyer.
