TWIN FALLS, Idaho (AP) - A man says he had been on drugs when he tried to pull a woman from her car on a busy Twin Falls street in broad daylight.

The Times-News reports (https://bit.ly/1dRPpmi ) 20-year-old Jacoby Stites was arraigned Thursday on felony charges of robbery and battery for the May 28 incident.

Police say a woman had been in her car when Stites appeared at her window and tried to enter, but the woman fought back.

Police say Stites had reached into his waistband as if he had a gun, pulled two fingers out, pointed at the woman and said, “bang.”

Stites told police he had smoked DABS, a high grade hash, which he believed had a reaction when mixed with his anti-seizure medication.

His bail has been set at $50,000.
