GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) - Green Bay elementary school officials were surprised when a bill from the state arrived in the mail.

Students from Webster Elementary had recently performed a free concert in the Capitol rotunda in Madison. They had plugged in a boom box to accompany the students while they sang.

WBAY-TV (https://bit.ly/1T1ByK3 ) says that weeks later, a $15 bill arrived in the mail for using electricity at the Capitol.

Green Bay Rep. David Steffen says he was just as surprised to hear about the charge. He and other legislators plan to review the state’s facilities policy.
