SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) - Spokane police have arrested a suspect in the May 26 fatal shooting of a 17-year-old boy at a tattoo and drug paraphernalia shop.

Spokane detectives say they arrested Jeremiah Smith on Thursday night in the shooting death of Ceasar Medina.

He was shot in the neck and chest inside a shop called Northwest Accessories.

Smith was booked into Spokane County Jail on murder and robbery charges. He was also charged with unlawful possession of a firearm.
