STOWE, Vt. (AP) - Police in Stowe, Vermont, say an 11-year-old boy missing from his family’s vacation camp overnight was found safe after an overnight search.

Stowe police Sgt. Bruce Merriam says the boy’s family reported to police that Evan Biello was last seen at their vacation camp on Country Road at about 4:30 p.m. Saturday.

State and local police, members of Vermont Fish and Wildlife and multiple other agencies searched throughout the night and finally found him at 6 a.m. Sunday about a half mile from the camp.

Police say he is in good health and spirits but are not releasing any additional information about the circumstances of his disappearance and location.
