TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) - Authorities say a man accused of taking a woman with severe dementia and her car from a Tucson hotel is in jail and a second man remains at large.

Tucson police said Sunday that 41-year-old Engels Enrique Polanco was booked on one count each of kidnapping, aggravated robbery and auto theft.

Sgt. Pete Dugan says Polanco and 68-year-old Kae-Soo Kim Lee were found at in Phoenix on Saturday, hours after she went missing.

Police initially said that Polanco had turned himself in after seeing an alert.

However, Dugan says Polanco called the hotel and a Tucson detective posing as an employee got their location.

Police are still trying to find a second suspect.

Lee, who only speaks Korean, had been traveling from California to Texas with her husband.
