MAGNOLIA, Del. (AP) - Delaware State Police have charged a Camden man with 7th offense DUI after a two-car crash near Magnolia.

It happened about 8:15 p.m. Sunday at South State Street and West Birdie Lane. Troopers say 18-year-old Charlotte Priest of Magnolia was driving a Toyota Prius north approaching the intersection.

Authorities say 51-year-old Philippe Koehring was driving a Pontiac Grand Prix south when he pulled in front of the Prius, which had the green light.

Police say the Prius struck the Pontiac. No one was injured.

Authorities say a trooper smelled alcohol on Koehring. He was charged with his 7th offense driving under the influence of alcohol. Troopers say Koehring had DUI convictions from 1987 through 2008.
