WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Jury selection is scheduled to begin in the stalking trial of relatives of a man who killed two people at a Delaware courthouse.

The trial is set to begin Monday in U.S. District Court in Delaware for Thomas Matusiewicz’s wife, Lenore, and children, David Matusiewicz and Amy Gonzalez.

They are charged with conspiracy and stalking of David Matusiewicz’s ex-wife, Christine Belford. Attorneys will question about 140 potential jurors daily about their knowledge of the February 2013 shooting and their media-viewing habits.

Belford and a friend were fatally shot by Thomas Matusiewicz in February 2013. He exchanged gunfire with security officers before killing himself.

Prosecutors claim David Matusiewicz conspired with his parents and sister over several years to torment and stalk his ex-wife.
