LAS VEGAS (AP) - Republican John Kasich is testing the waters for a possible presidential campaign this week in Nevada.

The Clark County Republican Party announced Monday that the Ohio governor and former congressman will appear at a private meet and greet at its Las Vegas office on Thursday.

He said at the time that he’d most likely move forward with a White House bid if he could raise the money but that he was still testing his support in New Hampshire and other early voting states.
