TULSA, Okla. (AP) - The Tulsa Regional Chamber is hosting a health care forum with the Oklahoma Hospital Association on transforming health care throughout the state.
Friday’s event is at the chamber’s downtown offices in the Saint Francis Health System Conference Room.
Organizers say such a discussion is needed because even with significant investments in health care at the state level, there are still more than 630,000 Oklahomans who remain without coverage.
Other issues to be discussed are opportunities for investment in reforms to payment and delivery systems and broadening access to care in Oklahoma.
