NEW YORK (AP) - Three people have been arrested on murder charges in connection with a Bronx teenager’s shooting death.

Police say 18-year-old Jonathan Martinez was shot in the chest at about 8:30 p.m. Friday in the Fordham section of the borough.

Martinez was pronounced dead at a hospital.

Police say three people were arrested in the shooting on Saturday.

They are 16-year-old Devonte Hernandez, 24-year-old Harry Mingo and 33-year-old Sirena Morgan.



All three face charges of second-degree murder.

It wasn’t clear if any of them had attorneys.
