HOUSTON (AP) - Items from the former amusement park known as Six Flags AstroWorld in Houston are now being sold on eBay.

The Houston Chronicle (https://bit.ly/1bflYZK ) reports that memorabilia from the theme park, which closed almost a decade ago, is being sold on the site by the Hahn family of Houston. According to the eBay account, the family purchased the items at an auction held soon after the park was closed on Oct. 30, 2005.

Some of the larger items on sale include a tram car from the park is listed for $8,000, and a pack of official AstroWorld View-Master pictures that has a price tag of $150. A sign listing rules from the Mayan Mind Bender ride is going for $550.

Former Houston Mayor Roy Hofheinz opened the park in June 1968 as a companion to the Astrodome across the street. AstroWorld was open for 37 years.
