OREM, Utah (AP) - A store employee is facing charges after a 3-year-old girl told adults that a man flashed his genitals and made her touch it.

The Daily Herald reports (https://bit.ly/1LxLLN5 ) that 49-year-old Cesar Peredo encountered the child at the National Flooring store in Orem Wednesday.

He now faces charges of forcible sexual abuse of a child and lewdness involving a child.

Authorities say the girl told her mother on their way home that a man “showed her his pee-pee.”

The mother went back to the store and called police.

Peredo was seen with the toddler in the store as the mother was shopping but he denied showing his genitals.

The girl when interviewed said a man who looked like Peredo pulled out his “pee-pee” and then put her hand on it.
