KALAMAZOO, Mich. (AP) - A sign of spring is arriving in Michigan with the annual release of kegs of Oberon beer.

The Kalamazoo Gazette reports (https://bit.ly/19eIoc0 ) that Bell’s Brewery Inc. began offering the beer Monday. Release events are planned at a number of bars.

The wheat ale is a popular offering from Kalamazoo-based Bell’s. It’s also available in bottles, mini-kegs and cans.
