KENNER, La. (AP) - Kenner police have arrested three people for a stabbing death.

In a news release, Lt. Brian McGregor says police booked 29-year-old Ravon Miller, of Kenner, with second-degree murder; Miller’s girlfriend, 22-year-old Johneka Woods, of Metairie, for principal to second-degree murder and 22-year-old Jonnisha Allen, of Kenner, the victim’s ex-girlfriend, for principal to second-degree murder, theft valued at $600, simple criminal damage to property, and disturbing the peace

McGregor says police responding to a fight Monday night found 20-year-old Kenneth Tassin III stabbed multiple times in a rear parking lot of an apartment complex. McGregor says Tassin was taken to a New Orleans hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Kenner police say the fight occurred after Tassin confronted Allen who allegedly slashed the tires and damaged the paint on Tassin’s new girlfriend’s vehicle.
