NEW YORK (AP) - A Bronx man has been charged with manslaughter for allegedly delivering a deadly punch to a neighbor during a parking dispute.

Authorities say Gjok Deda was arraigned Monday night and held without bail.

The New York Times (https://nyti.ms/18Unkrj ) says the dispute erupted last Thursday while Ronald Antonucci was parking his car outside his home.

According to the criminal complaint, Deda struck Antonucci numerous times with closed fists. Antonucci died at a hospital.

The medical examiner ruled the death a homicide. The cause of death was blunt impact to the head.

Defense lawyer Dennis Ring says it was a tragic accident and his client will be cleared when all of the facts come out.
