ST. JOHNSBURY, Vt. (AP) - One of three men who pleaded not guilty in the 2010 kidnapping and killing of a Vermont woman has been scheduled for a hearing to change his plea.

The Caledonian Record reports (https://bit.ly/1bpWoS2) the hearing is scheduled Thursday for 27-year-old Richard Fletcher in Caledonia Superior Court in St. Johnsbury.

Fletcher faces charges of burglary, kidnapping and first-degree murder in the kidnapping and death of 78-year-old Pat O’Hagan of Sheffield.

Fletcher, Keith Baird and Michael Norrie are accused of entering O’Hagan’s home with the intention of committing a burglary. O’Hagan was forced into her kitchen at gunpoint and shot in the head. Her body was found about a month later nearly 10 miles away.

Baird and Norrie were scheduled for status conferences on Tuesday.
