WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (AP) - Two men face capital murder charges stemming from the fatal shooting of another man in James City County.

James City County Police arrested 20-year-old Terrance Andretti Martin Jr. of Williamsburg and 18-year-old Jaiquan Keonta Smith of James City County this week. A grand jury indicted both men last week on capital murder and robbery charges.

Police say in a news release that the charges stem from the slaying of 26-year-old Tyler Anthony Cole on Nov. 7, 2014. Cole was found in a vehicle shot multiple times.

A third suspect, 22-year-old Wilbert McKenley Walker of Charles City County, was charged with second-degree murder on March 5.

All three suspects are being held without bond.

Police say the investigation is continuing.
