FOREST TOWNSHIP, Mich. (AP) - State police say a body found floating in a pond in Genesee County is that of a Wayne State University student who disappeared from a bar in Otisville three months ago.

The Flint Journal and The Detroit News say that the body found Thursday morning is that of 27-year-old Ken Gruno. The pond is in Forest Township, just outside Otisville and about 12 miles northeast of Flint.

State police Lt. Ryan Pennel says Gruno was carrying identification. He says there are no signs of foul play.

Pennel says a neighbor spotted the body in the pond, which remains mostly frozen over.

Gruno left his coat behind when he left Otisville Hotel Bar in the early hours of Dec. 27. He was visiting with high school friends at the bar.
