PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Low clouds are delaying some flights into Philadelphia International Airport by more than an hour.

The Federal Aviation Administration says inbound flights that haven’t taken off yet Thursday are being held up by an average of 82 minutes.

Inbound flights already in the air are seeing delays of no more than 15 minutes.

The flight tracking website FlightAware says 11 Philadelphia-bound flights and 11 outbound flights have been canceled as of 7:45 a.m.

The site says 24 Philadelphia-bound flights and 17 flights from the city have been delayed.

The National Weather Service says clouds are as low as 1,500 feet.

The weather service says temperatures will reach 66 degrees in Philadelphia on Thursday. Rain storms are expected to arrive around 1 p.m.
