TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) - Pima County is looking for a new operator for a Tucson-area park that features a large cave, a campground and other facilities.

The county said it will accept proposals from prospective operators for 2,700-acre Colossal Cave Mountain Park until May 8.

An announcement by the county said the proposed contract will be for 10 years with renewals after that.

The county said it decided to seek a new operator because of declining attendance and other concerns.
