DOVER, Del. (AP) - Delaware Gov. Jack Markell is honoring state technology workers for continuing to garner national recognition for their cybersecurity work.

Markell was to present a tribute Thursday to employees of the state Department of Technology and Information for their work on Delaware’s Cyber Security Website.

The website was named Best of the Web 2015 in a nationwide competition that evaluates all state government sites. Delaware has won first place in the competition in three of the past five years.

The award is determined by the Center for Internet Security’s Multi-State Information Sharing and Analysis Center.
