WARSAW, N.Y. (AP) - A former clerk for a Department of Motor Vehicles office in western New York has admitted stealing more than $90,000 from the agency.

Wyoming County District Attorney Donald O’Geen says in a news release that 60-year-old Roxanne Ingles of Warsaw pleaded guilty to grand larceny, public corruption and numerous other felonies.

Officials say Ingles stole the funds to support a gambling habit from July 2013 to last August, when she was charged.

The prosecutor says Ingles faces a maximum term of 5-15 years in prison and will be ordered to repay the entire amount stolen, with a lien placed on her home to secure the restitution.

Sentencing is set for May 5.
