CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (AP) - Federal authorities say 22 people from more than nine counties in southeast Tennessee, northern Georgia and northern Alabama have been arrested and charged in connection with a meth distribution ring centered in Marion County.

The U.S. attorney’s office in Knoxville says two indictments naming the 22 include charges related to the distribution and possession of methamphetamine and felons who had firearms.

Most of the suspects are from Tennessee. The 22 named in the indictments ranged from age 33 to 53.
