RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) - It appears the key to winning a prize in the N.C. Education Lottery these days is buying a ticket in Shallotte.

Officials say that less than three weeks after a resident of the Brunswick County town won the Powerball jackpot, another resident has captured a significant jackpot.

Darlene Anuszewski matched all her numbers in Sunday night’s All or Nothing drawing to win the $250,000 top prize. Anuszewski and her husband were watching television when she checked her numbers on the lottery’s website. Her ticket matched all 12 numbers.

Anuszewski purchased the ticket at Lowes Foods in Ocean Isle Beach. She and her husband get to take home $173,130.

Meanwhile, a Durham man won the Cash 5 jackpot on Tuesday, the second winner from the city this week.
