FORT COLLINS, Colo. (AP) - A Larimer County man who skipped his sentencing for a fatal crash near Fort Collins has been arrested in Wisconsin.

The Coloradoan reports (https://noconow.co/1zM9woO ) 52-year-old Nathaniel Holt, of Livermore, rolled his SUV last June, killing one of his passengers, 47-year-old Samuel Vasquez, of Fort Collins.

Holt pleaded guilty in December to vehicular homicide and felony menacing, but he failed to show up for his sentencing Feb. 9. He was arrested in Madison, Wisconsin on Feb. 20, and his sentencing has been rescheduled for April 13.

Court records in the vehicular homicide case have been sealed.
