CHARLOTTE, Mich. (AP) - Authorities have released the names of three Eaton County sheriff’s deputies who were involved in the fatal shootings of a 17-year-old boy and a 32-year-old man.

State police are investigating both killings.

The Lansing State Journal (https://on.lsj.com/1EgPSc0 ) reports that state police say Deputies Tad Schwartz and Theresa VanDorpe shot 32-yer-old Matthew Lundy on Feb. 17. State police say the deputies were responding to a report of an SUV stuck in a ditch when Lundy confronted them with a gun.

Investigators have access to body camera video in the case.

Authorities say that sheriff’s Sgt. Jonathan Frist shot 17-year-old Deven Guilford of Mulliken on Saturday during a struggle after a traffic stop in Roxand Township. State police have said that the sergeant was treated for injuries at Sparrow Hospital.
