WASHINGTON (AP) - District of Columbia officials are lifting a snow emergency after the latest winter storm.

The District will lift the snow emergency at 9:30 a.m. Friday. Parking was restricted on snow emergency routes during the storm to allow road crews to clear major streets from curb to curb.
