WASHINGTON (AP) - A blast of frosty air has brought record low temperatures to the mid-Atlantic region.

The National Weather Service reports that temperatures hit record lows Friday morning at Dulles International Airport and Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport.
