WALKERSVILLE, Md. (AP) - Authorities say a Frederick County man is dead after he was pinned beneath a farm tractor while plowing snow from a private driveway.

The Frederick County Sheriff’s Office says 34-year-old Joshua Windsor of Walkersville was pronounced dead at the scene Thursday night on Harp Road about 6 miles northeast of Frederick.

Cpl. Andrew Crone says Windsor was standing behind the tractor, between the rear wheels and a plow attachment, when the vehicle moved and knocked him down.
