FORT SMITH, Ark. (AP) - A man wanted for capital murder in the death of his aunt Pulaski County has been arrested at a hospital in Fort Smith.

The U.S. Marshals Service says 55-year-ol Houston Henry was arrested about 2:30 p.m. Friday at Sparks Hospital. The marshals service said it was contacted by the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office with information that Henry was in Fort Smith and that deputy marshals learned Henry had been seen often inside the hospital.

Henry is being held in the Sebastian County jail pending extradition to Pulaski County.

Henry is wanted for the death of 77-year-old Joyce Taylor, who was found dead in her home in Sweet Home on Feb. 13 by deputies who were asked to check on her welfare. A cause of death has not been released.
