ELIZABETH, N.J. (AP) - Authorities have arrested a third suspect on charges stemming from a 2014 killing at a housing complex in Elizabeth.

Federal marshals arrested 20-year-old Gregory Torres near Richmond, Virginia.

Torres, 21-year-old Jamar Mosby and 22-year-old Firicin Augustin are charged with first-degree murder in connection with the death of Bilal Fullman.

The 25-year-old Woodbridge resident was gunned down at the Oakwood Plaza housing complex on Dec. 12.

Mosby and Augustin were arrested and charged in January. They remain held on $1 million bail.

Torres is awaiting extradition.
