BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - A North Dakota man accused of attempting to recruit a teenage girl for prostitution is scheduled to be arraigned next week.

Travis Koropatnicki is charged in federal court with attempted sex trafficking of children. Authorities say he tried to entice a girl whom he believed was 14 years old.

Authorities say the incident occurred in early September 2014.

Koropatnicki is slated for arraignment Monday in Bismarck.

A defense attorney could not be immediately reached for comment.
