BOULDER, Colo. (AP) - Officials at the University of Colorado-Boulder say a community-enforced smoking ban isn’t working.

The university banned smoking in 2013, but some students are still lighting up on campus.

According to the Boulder Daily Camera (https://tinyurl.com/m7mj4ue), students say it is worse during midterms and finals.

CU spokesman Ryan Huff says there is no group of people, like the police, who make sure people comply.

Huff says signs have been posted about school policies against smoking on campus and more signs will be added soon.
