LOS ANGELES (AP) - Authorities say some 30 people, many of them children, were briefly displaced from a Los Angeles apartment complex after stucco on the exterior collapsed.

Katherine Main of the Los Angeles Fire Department says eight units were affected by the partial collapse Sunday night in the Koreatown neighborhood.

No injuries are reported.

City News Service says building inspectors allowed occupants to return to their units after checking the structural integrity of the two-story complex.

Building and Safety Code Enforcement officials will determine Monday what repairs are needed.
